You are not only responsible for the first-class care of our residents, but also the heart of your living area team. Head & Organisation: You take over the operational management of your area. This includes personnel deployment planning taking into account the service plan and controlling efficient workflows in the team. Care quality at the highest level: you ensure optimal care. The creation of nursing anomalies and the planning of measures (SIS) are your everyday life as well as the monitoring of professional basic and treatment care. Innovation & Standards: You actively implement modern care concepts and ensure our quality standards. You always have the individual needs of our residents in mind. Team Leadership & Development: You lead new employees, judge their services and supervise the service. As a motivator, you support your team and work closely with the care management (PDL) in organizing care processes.

Qualification: You have a completed 3-year training in the field of nursing or nursing as examinated nursing staff or Senior Caregiver (Health and Nurse / Health Care and Nurse, Nurse / Nurse / Nurse / Nurse / Nurse Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) Experience: You have several years of professional experience in the care that gives you the necessary security for the management level. Additional qualification: desirable, but not necessarily necessary, is a completed further education as a residential area management. Soft Skills: You are characterized by strong team skills and organizational skills. Operation: Initiative, high commitment and endurance are of course for you. Solution orientation: You have the ability to identify problems at an early stage, plan independent problem-solving procedures and successfully perform them. Heart & posture: An appreciation of one another is of course for you – residents, relatives and colleagues always meet at eye level.
