As a (Senior) Professional (all genders) – Information Security, you actively shape the information security level of our company on the front line by fulfilling complex business requirements, evaluating existing information security technologies and finding the optimal information security solutions to protect our IT environment. You take responsibility for building, developing and controlling the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensure that security, compliance and governance requirements are effectively implemented throughout the company. Your tasks Control, development and operational implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Responsibility for Security Services, Technical Protection and Governance, Risk & Compliance – Requirements Advising the internal areas of expertise on complex issues of information and cyber security as well as analysis, coordination and clarification of IT security incidents Identification of protection requirements, derivation of appropriate safety requirements and testing, evaluation and approval of technical and organisational measures for IT systems and specialist areas Planning, creation and implementation of training and awareness measures to strengthen safety culture within the company Creation of decision-making and presentation documents and responsibility for budget and resource planning within the framework of ISMS initiatives Close, solution-oriented cooperation with internal stakeholders, executives, decision-makers, external service providers, subsidiaries and corporate partners

Advanced academic qualifications (Bachelor or Master) in the field of IT, information security, business informatics or a comparable degree programme 2years of practical experience in information or cybersecurity in a technology-based consulting or in the tech/IT environment Deep understanding of security architectures, risk management, governance structures and compliance requirements Funded technical understanding of cloud security, in particular Microsoft 365 / Azure, combined with strong knowledge in the ISMS environment and experience with standards such as ISO 27001 / ISO 2700x or TISAX Strong in analytical thinking and in problem Solving, with a pronounced independent, structured and professional way of working and hand-on mentality Open, team-oriented, empathic personality, high sense of responsibility and strong decision-making in safety-critical issues Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, with a deep understanding, to prepare complex issues in an address-oriented manner in order to advise different stakeholders on safety-relevant issues Safe, sovereign appearance in cooperation with decision-makers and experience in the moderation of challenging topics
