Together with your colleague, you work on conceptual and operational tasks in customer projects of the federal administration Advice from customers: in the public sector with a view to their targeted, future-proof control & design You accompany the design of controlling, human resources management and strategy monitoring Further development and co-design of topics such as knowledge management, risk management and crisis management and/or quality and innovation management Development of concepts and strategies is one of your tasks as well as creating presentations and graphical results preparation

You bring a successfully completed business administration, administration or master's degree in the field of Public Management, Public Administration, Public Economics, Public Law or Administration Informatics, also with MBA, MPA, MPP and/or Promotion You bring (first) experiences and a great interest in HR management, such as human resources management, human resources development and control, change and project management or knowledge management You have a high affinity for public topics – ideally you have already gained first experience in (cooperation) work in and with the public sector Your passion is analytical, structural and strategic questions, new trends in the organizational context and you are enthusiastic:r Problemsoler:in Word, Excel and PowerPoint can be sure German language skills and good English skills are required for our project work
