Then, an important part of the Mercedes-Benz Cars strategy will actively contribute to the customer satisfaction of millions of vehicle users in the quality management of Mercedes Operations. In doing so, you bring your strengths into coordination and control to correct errors on vehicles after completed vehicle production. Your focus here is on quality assurance before delivery to the customer, in particular in customer-readable areas of technology, safety and emissions. Fixing all hardware and software errors takes place within the framework of promotions, instead of vehicle locks at the worldwide action locations in the factory, the shipping ports or vehicle preperation centers in the USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea and China. Our team In global action management, we control all cross-company actions with business partners from development, purchasing, production and factory action management of all Mercedes-Benz plants worldwide. In addition, the action management of the Rastatt and Kecskemét works is collaborating in our team. With active reporting on start-up and series topics, we deliver important KPIs as well as transparency for the top management of Mercedes-Benz Cars to control the delivery quality and speed to our customers. Study programme in the field of engineering, business informatics or comparable studies with an economic and technical background Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel Knowledge of VBA and PowerBI Interest in vehicle technology Affinity for numbers and data Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working driving licence class B
