In the core team project management of Sparkasse Bremen you bear the responsibility for multi-project management: You control the current and future project portfolio, take over the management of complex programs and (IT) projects, and keep track of ongoing projects to bundle resources and budgets, effectively manage risks and thus achieve the predefined project objectives. As a multi-project manager, you coordinate and monitor our project portfolio and actively guide complex projects Improving, consulting and directional support for our change teams and departments in identifying, evaluating and implementing (strategic) measures You create the structures for holistic project management, including the creation of the fine concept and project plans, budget and resource planning, project communication and risk management In doing so, you specifically apply project management methods for process development and process optimization Knowledge Transfer: You transfer know-how to uniform standards and their application as well as methods and multi-project management tools to project participants

Your basis is a completed degree in Business Administration, (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification You have already successfully managed challenging projects economically and solved resource conflicts and bottlenecks – with high solution competence and personal responsibility In doing so, you are absolutely sure of your deep knowledge in methods of project management and process management and are versed in tools for planning, analysis and visualization With your extensive business know-how, you quickly penetrate bank-related relationships, in particular with regard to strategic topics Thanks to your experience in stakeholder management, you will ensure transparent communication between all project teams
