Management and coordination of development projects including time and resource planning Planning and control of work packages and components within the development process Coordination and coordination of development services with internal interfaces (e.g. development, purchasing, quality, production) Control of external service providers and cooperation partners Management of resources, schedules and budgets Monitoring and monitoring of the progress of the project, including quantitative frameworks and cost control Support for project reviews and technical and organisational support of the development process Creation of status reports for stakeholders and management Participation in supply creation Construction and maintenance of a network of partners and suppliers

Complete study or comparable qualification, e.g.: technical studies, industrial engineering or comparable qualification (at least Bachelor) Multiannual experience in project management, ideally in development projects or agile environments Experience in the professional and organizational management of teams Experience in handling internal customers, partners and international subcontractors High organizational capacity, sense of responsibility and resilience Impressed communication strength and team capacity Knowledge in MS Office, also in detailed functions Advantage: Experience in software development Project management certification desirable (e.g. PMP, IPMA, Prince2 or A.) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
