Your new workplace is located at a world-leading energy technology group in Berlin. Highly stressed components for modern gas turbines are manufactured, processed and repaired at the site. Different CNC-controlled manufacturing methods are used here - from turning and milling to eroding to laser drilling and laser welding. As a CNC machine operator / machine and plant leader (m/w/d), you do not work in a classic series production. Depending on the field of application, you serve modern production facilities, process technically sophisticated components and independently monitor the quality of your work.

Depending on the manufacturing area, you can perform different tasks on CNC-controlled machines and systems: Set up, equip, operate and monitor CNC systems Edit components by turning, milling, grinding, eroding or laser methods Prepare turbine blades for machining, reworking and deburring Changing tools and cutting materials as well as performing necessary geometric corrections Check measurements, machining results and quality independently Digitally capture and document jobs and work steps
