CNC-Fräser (m/w/d) Aviation Industry in Hamburg

Your tasks: • Development, adaptation and optimization of CNC programs to control modern milling machines • Creation and maintenance of setup and clamping plans as well as documentation and archiving of measurement protocols • Implementation of machine space simulations to ensure efficient and collision-free production processes • Continuous optimization of milling processes and further development of the machine technologies used • Construction and machining of 3D models as a basis for CNC manufacturing • Support for development projects and the implementation of technical solutions

Your qualifications: • Successfully completed vocational training as a CNC milling machine:in, precision mechanic:in, machining mechanic:in or comparable qualification • Professional experience in industrial mechanics, manufacturing/production and maintenance • Safe handling of MS-Office and zamiz • German language skills and basic English skills • Willingness to work in the shift system
