Our client is a medium-sized civil engineering company that has been established on the market for 20 years and successfully implements construction projects in sewer, road and civil engineering. Currently, a building manager (m/w/d) with a focus on civil engineering is being sought, which takes over management in the short to medium term. The family business is based on Butzbach.

They coordinate construction plans, resources, appointments and teams to realize projects. You are responsible for the compliance of corresponding dates and costs. They are responsible for the areas of occupational safety and quality management, which includes the examination of the work carried out as well as compliance with the construction plans. They log the progress of construction and document deviations from the plan. They negotiate with entrepreneurs, resolve conflicts and find pragmatic solutions. You expect completed construction projects and create additional benefits. In addition to supporting existing customers and engineering offices, you are responsible for the development of new, long-term business relationships.
