Your core business: You monitor product and process quality while complying with legal and operational requirements and accompany daily production. Responsibility: You are responsible for the control and release of raw materials and end products and thus contribute significantly to the implementation of our high quality standards. Quality in focus: Regular controls ensure compliance with hygiene standards. You are entitled: You carry out internal training and promote understanding of food safety culture.

Ideally, you have a completed training as a specialist for food technology or a training as a meat retailer. With MS Office – in particular Excel – you’re going routined and ideally already have first experiences with SAP. You convince yourself with your conceptual analytical ability and cross-departmental thinking and your reliable and careful way of working. As part of a dedicated team, you also bring willingness to work in the layer system. You bring a strong understanding of hygiene, cleanliness and food requirements.
