In this position, you will advise and support development engineers in their daily work with software life cycle and process cleaning, with you proactively introducing yourself into various development projects. At the same time, you will continue to develop existing processes, considering the implementation of standards. You will also develop methods and concepts for the further development of the software life cycle, including ideas for concrete implementation. You will also be responsible for creating and developing templates for documents and tools. You centralise existing and new knowledge management in order to provide project knowledge, standards and best practices across the project – thus promoting reuse and uniform implementation.

You have a completed study of computer science or electrical and infor­mation technology or a comparable qualification. Through multiannual, well-founded experience in software development and project management in regulated software development environments, you can help develop engineers to be confident and reliable. You possess well-founded knowledge of confi­cation, variant and requirement management and are sure to deal with common development, documenization and collaboration tools (e.g. case Git, DOORS or Enterprise Architect). You will also find out about the definition, application and development of software development processes and lifecycle models as well as the creation and maintenance of documentation on software processes and projects; at the same time, you will be familiar with software standards and development models such as AQAP2210, IEEE 61508 or the V model. Their profile is rounded off by a good knowledge of English as well as a communication, initiative and service-oriented way.
