Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Aachen | from 01.02.2026 | Full time (38 hours/week) | unlimited Active, independent support in the production and testing of performance directories in the fields of civil pipe construction and electrical assembly Examination/validation of quantity determinations, calculations and settlements according to HOAI/VOB and relevant standards Full monitoring of the measuring process including surface removal as well as the management of follow-up negotiations and processing of technical questions concerning acceptance and follow-up Development and implementation of analyses for the calculation of civil engineering services in infrastructure and network development projects Standardization and optimization of the civil engineering performance directories (methods, templates, quality assurance) in close cooperation with internal departments, service providers and clients Participation in performance directories of the framework contractors (internal/external) Continuous quality assurance and optimization of billing processes; Responsibility for accounting-relevant technical issues Examination of settlement levels and control of clearances (accurate accuracy) Coordination of engineering services analogous to building and task management

Complete studies in civil engineering or equivalent qualification Professional experience 3–5 years Knowledge of civil engineering accounting, performance directories, quantity determination and the application of HOAI/VOB experience in follow-up management and acceptance processes; Security and enforcement Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems Analytical Strength, Structured Operation and High Quality and Process Understanding Strong communication and team-oriented in interaction with internal and external partners
