For our customers, a world market leader in the metal and electrical industry, we are looking for a development engineer manufacturing process for mechanical precision components (m/w/x) for the Oberkochen location in Full time 40h:

Your tasks:

• Development of manufacturing processes for mechanical high-end precision components and conversion of these into series production
• Developing technical solutions across competencies with internal and external partners
• Coordination of development objectives and specifications and their implementation
• Professional leadership of the interdisciplinary project team and ensuring the project objectives
• Development of new lead edge technologies
• Communication with customers, internal and external partners of the high-tech industry and research institutions

Requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification, ideally with doctorate
• Experience in the development/production of mechanical precision components, complex manufacturing processes and/or high-precision manufacturing machines
• Embossed knowledge in the field of mechanical manufacturing processes, especially cutting, milling, turning and eroding
• Self-employed, creative work and high understanding and analytical thinking
• Joy in working as part of an interdisciplinary team in a highly dynamic environment
• German and English language skills in word and writing
