The Grone Education Centres of Lower Saxony gGmbH support people in their professional and social integration. For the implementation of the measure ‘Diagnosis of the labour marketability of particularly affected people with disabilities (DIA-AM)’, we are looking for a social pedagogue (m/w/d) for 17.08.2026.

Partial time | 33 hours/week

The place is limited until 16.08.2028. An extension is provided or possible.

Tasks

• Individual support and counselling for people with disabilities within the framework of the DIA-AM
• Implementation of aptitude analyses and funding planning
• Support for participants in career guidance
• Cooperation with companies, cost companies and network partners
• Documentation and reporting
• Participation in case meetings and interdisciplinary cooperation

Your profile

• Complete study of social education/thesis, social work, medical education, rehabilitation pedagogy, special education or comparable disciplines (diploma, Bachelor or Master)
• As an alternative to completed educational studies with a corresponding focus
• At least one-year experience in vocational education and training Integration of people with disabilities
• Empathy, communication strength and joy in working with people
• Safe handling of documentation and digital applications
