In your activity, you are responsible for processing customer requests by phone or email. As a customer advisor with a commercial focus, you take over the complaint processing and create the telephone customer contact. You take the order processing and go to the wishes and needs of our customer. Finally, you document the concerns and requests of the customers in the database.

You have successfully completed a commercial training or a comparable qualification For you, our customers and service-oriented actions are the focus of your daily work. One of your personal strengths is that you can organize your work environment independently and accurately. As a communicative and customer-oriented team player, you score with an independent and structured way of working. A secure handling of MS Office programs complete your profile.
