Location: Calw, Böblingen, Pforzheim, Nagold

Management of quality assurance from goods receipt to goods outlet and the concern for smooth processes. Coordination of all necessary QS measures in cooperation with the production management. Management and development of a motivated QS team (3 employees), including stratification and capacity management. Ensure compliance with all requirements and support of your team in the case of releases, parts measurements and further tests. Analysis and optimization of quality processes, derivation of measures and corresponding implementation of projects.

Technical training, for example as an industrial mechanic, machining mechanic or a comparable qualification in the field of metalworking. Professional experience in CNC machining, ideally also with turning and milling processes, e.g. in production, maintenance or quality assurance. First leadership experience, e.g. as (stellv.) shift ladder, foreman or team leader. Solution orientation as well as communication and enforcement strength are of course for you.
