As a Culinary Advisor (m/w/d), you combine gastronomic skills with consulting skills and give our brand an experienceable culinary face. In this role you support our partners in the Food Service area South and create application experiences that inspire. You take over a central function in an area of great importance for DMK's Food Service leg and actively contribute to the further development of our market presence. The focus of your activity is the support of gastronomic plants, especially in the HoReCa segment – always with the aim of optimizing applications in practice and inspiring customers. With professional application advice, you will show kitchen teams how to convince our products in everyday life and create added value. In close cooperation with the wholesale trade, you will ensure a strong product presence and develop effective customer activation measures together. Through training of the external service in trade, you impart practical product knowledge and strengthen the consulting competence of our sales partners. At trade fairs and industry events you represent our company, inspire visitors with live applications and build valuable contacts. Together with R&D and Marketing, you develop application-related product concepts that capture trends and create new culinary impulses. With competitive analyses on products and application concepts, you keep market movements in mind and provide valuable insights for future developments. Attractive product presentations are designed with a trained eye – whether on site, wholesale or events.
