Independently, you will develop performance-oriented design solutions for the HKS sector, taking into account all applicable standards and regulations You create and optimize 3D design drawings using the CAD system and transfer them to the isometry – your focus is on production and construction In addition, the design and dimensioning of building-technical installations in the test stand environment You are also responsible for the collision testing and the associated coordination via the collaboration platforms. With regard to the practical execution at the construction site, you will have a look at the material requirements and lead to order-related piece lists On smooth workflows you are as much as us, you are actively supporting the further development – based on the BIM methodology

You have a completed training for the technical designer or System planner (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification In addition, you will bring professional experience as a CAD designer (w/m/d) in building and supply technology, with a focus on heating, cold and sanitary They have spatial imagination and are experienced in handling CAD and planning software (e.g. MicroStation, TRICAD, CarF) as well as in 3D modeling The current MS Office programs are also safe to use as technical standards and regulations Ideally, you have already worked in the framework of TGA projects according to BIM methodology (building information modeling) and standards such as Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) A structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as team spirit and willingness to use complete your profile
