Tasks

• testing/inspection of industrial plants (e.g. sprinkler plant); fire detectors; Refrigeration rails) via visual control and menu queries Initial processing of house-technical disorders (e.g. ventilation and refrigeration) based on experience knowledge (by learning) and instructions organizes troubleshooting measures with external service providers
• Participation in readiness
• Planning and coordination of maintenance, testing and maintenance. Keeping the documents Participation in internal projects such as relocations/reconstructions (e.g. organisation of specialist firms to implement a wide range of craft measures)
• Processing of requests, complaints and malfunction messages related to facility topics
• Implementation of simple assembly work (e.g. attachment of dispensers, mirrors, TV, ...)
• Documentation
• maintenance of databases and systems (e.g. maintenance plans, contracts, test certificates).
• Creating reports, evaluations and key figures about the facility management system, e.g. failure rates.

Profile

• Complete technical training (e.g. as a specialist for heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical technicians, mechatronics technicians or comparable)
• Professional experience in the technical field, ideally in the real estate sector
• Knowledge of the maintenance and repair of building technology
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods
• Team skills and communication strength
• Good computer skills (MS Office, standard software for documentation and maintenance planning)
