The legal area of TransnetBW GmbH advises the company on all relevant legal issues. In addition to the receivables management and data protection, its responsibility also extends to property law issues and negotiations in the area security sector.

You assume the technical responsibility for the acquisition of property rights for our network expansion projects. They control the necessary service providers, accompany negotiations with property owners/farmers and take care of communication with authorities and interest groups. They coordinate the search for information about owners and operators as well as the creation of land value and special reports. They deal with property issues and advise the project team. They support project communication on information events. They accompany the further development of our strategies for legal acquisition and their implementation in our IT tools.

They come to us with a university degree in agriculture/forestry, geodesy, geography, energy management or a comparable discipline or a completed training and professional practice in these areas. Ideally, they have gained first professional experience in project work or in the land and welfare of the energy and infrastructure industry. They have a competent appearance, strong negotiation skills and good oral and written expressability and enjoy interdisciplinary and team-wide cooperation. They recognize, analyze and solve tasks pragmatically and can quickly understand, prepare and understand complex topics. They are safe in the application of Microsoft Office tools and motivated to work into new IT applications.
