BIM-Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Take these challenges

• Extension of the internal BIM standard
• Contact person:in for specialist departments on BIM-specific topics
• Participation in the different areas of expertise
• Control and quality assurance for all BIM applications of offer and execution projects
• Participation in the development of the BIM project development plan (BAP)
• Checking the agreed BIM data transfers to the required data quality
• Participation in internal and external BIM bodies

Your qualifications:

Convince us with your qualifications

• Successfully completed architectural or civil engineering studies or corresponding practical qualification
• Experience in the development of BIM projects regarding design, model testing and collaboration in the roles BIM management or BIM (total) coordination
• Experience in project management and/or planning
• Safe handling of BIM application and coordination software ideally Revit
• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
