Management Assistant (d,m,w) Your role in us You work closely with the management and ensure that topics are brought forward in a structured manner and decisions are implemented consistently. At the same time, you take on central tasks in the personnel sector and actively support organisational and strategic issues.

Self-administering and ensuring all accounting tasks: debitor, creditor and property accounting and account management Configuration of accounts and accounts as well as banks and cash registers Implementation and monitoring of payment transactions Participation in the creation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB Working in the project team to ensure, coordinate and further develop the processes in the areas of debitor, creditor, financial and asset accounting of several companies in our group Full monitoring of external (operating) checks Communication and cooperation with tax advisors, banks, insurance companies and offices Working with the creation of evaluations and statistics, in particular with regard to budgeting and controlling

A completed commercial training with further education or a completed study Multiannual experience in an assistance function, in human resources or in office management Organizational, forward-looking thinking and a good sense of priorities discretion, reliability and clear communication – even in challenging situations Very good MS Office knowledge and a structured self-management Joy in taking responsibility and developing topics actively Standing for occasional business trips within the framework of meetings, events or further training
