You build a professional, transparent reporting for management and investors and implement it You establish a strategic, working controlling system with relevant SaaS-KPIs (CAC, LTV, Churn, ARR, MRR, Unit Economics) You regularly analyze business development and guide concrete action recommendations, including support in optimizing Revenue Engine (sales targets, quotas, commission models) You analyze customer relationships, margin profiles and support contract processes You create detailed budgets and business plans and are responsible for rolling forecasts and liquidity planning You develop planning scenarios to support strategic decisions and monitor budget compliance You build and optimise scalable business processes that seamlessly translate into future-proof finance processes You implement and optimierst finance tools and systems that grow with the company You ensure the error-free, efficient integration of accounting processes You are responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB in cooperation with tax advisors You communicate with investor:inside, auditors:inside and supporting management in strategic financial matters You prepare for future financing rounds or exit processes and build a finance team over time and carry it You work closely with other departments to establish a data-driven culture

Must-have: You have a degree in BWL, Finance, Accounting or Controlling You bring 3 years of professional experience and first management experience in the financial sector, ideally in tech, SaaS or scale-up environments You have proven experience in building reporting systems and finance processes You have knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning You are safe to use tools in the controlling and accounting world (Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI or similar BI tools, Accounting Software) You have a pronounced hand-on mentality – you grab yourself and don't shy away from operational work You have analytical thinking and the ability to translate figures into understandable insights Nice-to-have: You have experience with financing rounds and knowledge in funding acquisition You have experience in implementing finance systems You bring legal know-how in the field of corporate governance, corporate and contractual law, preferably through professional stations in the legal environment
