You develop and manage our hybrid Internal Developer Platform[ZM1] for the product teams – from on-prem infrastructure in your own data center to Azure Cloud. You consistently automate infrastructure and platform services as product modules with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and provide standardized, reusable CI/CD pipelines. You support developer teams to operate their software safely and performantly in a container environment and carry the 'You build it, you run it'' approach to the teams. Integrit Observability, Security and Compliance by default (Monitoring, Logging, DevSecOps) into the platform and drive sustainable cause analysis instead of purely reactive troubleshooting. You progressively modernise existing legacy systems in contemporary platform and operating models (containerization, cloud and Kubernetes runtimes) and advance the maturity of our processes. You take responsibility for architectural decisions as well as platform oversight and act as a technical Sparring partner for development teams, product owners and stakeholders.

Multiannual experience with CI/CD platforms (in particular GitLab or GitHub) and design automated workflows that minimize the cognitive burden of developers and improve the developer experience The ability to pragmatically modernize grown system landscapes and to accompany them as a continuous transformation and product process – not as a one-time project Experience with observability stacks (LGTM) and security practices (e.g. SAST, Dependency Scanning) Structured approach, active sharing of knowledge and the need to proactively question existing solutions and improve them sustainably Very good knowledge of German and English
