With the planned merger of MVR and ZRE companies as well as their associated locations, a new central actor is created for disposal, energy supply and public services in the Hamburg metropolis region.

The new company will in future with approx. 350 employees operate and significantly shape the security of supply of the city of Hamburg – as one of the largest district heat suppliers, operators of critical infrastructures (KRITIS) and as an impulse provider for sustainable urban development.

Care and advice of employees and executives in a plant network with approx. 350 employees Close cooperation with the interface partners of Hamburg Accompanying the merger and the associated harmonisation requirements, such as the creation and standardisation of the operating arrangements, etc. Definition, design and implementation of relevant personal processes Structure of personnel development in the company Supporting the sites in personnel administration, such as in the creation of contracts, labour law issues, the handling of entries and exits, etc. Close cooperation with the works council

Knowledge of the entire Employer Life Cycles, as well as good knowledge of labour law and in the field of business law Knowledge of HR Process Design and Implementation Multiannual relevant professional experience as a staff member or in a comparable position High conception, self-initiative and sense of responsibility Service orientation Safety in dealing with all levels of the company through consulting and discussion skills
