Discipline and professional leadership and further development of your own project team Process engineering, structural and development subprojects Planning and implementation of conversions and technical optimizations of existing systems Conversion of newly developed special plants into stable, wareable and reproducible production systems Control of external partners and suppliers Regular presence directly at the plant, in particular in crucial project and operating phases Combination of operational hand-on cooperation and the establishment of leadership, clear priorities and mandatory technical standards

High expertise in plant or special machine construction, e.g. as a technical team leader (m/w/d), senior designer (m/w/d) etc. with at least 8 years relevant professional experience with professional and disciplinary guidance Experience in the leadership and development of new teams Deep understanding of mechanical and procedural relationships Clear, sovereign communication, pragmatic leadership, high decision-making and implementing power Graduate in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification (e.g. technician (m/w/d) mechanical engineering) Experience with highly automated production lines, special machines or 24/7 operation Knowledge of CE/machine safety, risk assessment and technical documentation desirable
