Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You coach and guide our trainees, developers and external employees in the internationally established web teams and support them in their personal development. You are the central contact person in IT for all web topics, work closely with external service providers as well as the various departments and ensure the technical quality. You are developing our existing frontends and introducing your full-stack expertise – from the UI to backend interfaces. You take into account accessibility and modern information architectures, so that our web applications are accessible and intuitive to all users. Together with your colleagues, you design modern web architectures and ensure the sustainable updating of all necessary components, libraries and frameworks.

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you You have a completed degree (e.g. computer science or business informatics) or an equivalent, subject-specific training with additional evidence of expertise You have many years of experience in large projects in the web environment, as well as in architecture and software development. You have very good knowledge of Web Components, HTML, common Javascript frameworks, as well as experience in the modular, object-oriented CSS (SMACSS, OOCSS, BEM, CSS3, SASS) and knowledge of SVGs. You have very good knowledge of Java, Spring, REST based API development and cloud based architectures. You are open to learning new technologies and high motivation for further development paired with technical curiosity. Your strengths include independent work, team-oriented communication and analytical thinking. Very good German and English skills complete your profile. French know-how is a plus.
