As a mechatronic (focus on electronics) building management (m/w/d), you are confident that our buildings, house technology and security at the Rheine site will work reliably. You carry out, among other things, the following tasks: You monitor, organize and carry out maintenance, repair and entertainment on our buildings, plants and outer surfaces Among other things, you can wait and control elevators, doors and gates, lifting platforms and ramps or fire-protection systems according to the law. Testing, Documenting & Organising: You accompany and document statutory audits of technical equipment, work equipment and building infrastructure Transparency is important to you: every maintenance, every repair, every decrease is documented. Own responsibility you purchase spare parts and material, collect offers and keep the cost centers in mind Repairs & troubleshooting: Self-employed, in the team or with the use of foreign companies, you are looking for trouble and take care of the planning and execution of repair work In emergencies, you quickly, safely and solution-oriented, so that our processes continue at any time Collaboration: You hire foreign companies, instruct them, accompany and control their work according to our standard In addition, you support projects and smaller building or technology topics at your location
