You support our team in creating and preparing regular reports, summaries and documentation, making it a reliable information base. In video editing, you can help – for example when cutting, formatting and preparing media content. You will create and maintain Excel overviews, lists and structured datasets and thus contribute to transparency and traceability. Also when preparing PowerPoint presentations for meetings, management updates and voting, you are on board and supported in content and visual elaboration. As part of the organizational and administrative support, you will take care of the coordination of information, keeping open points and preparing meetings. In addition, you support operational activities, such as preparing materials, supporting events or other tasks in day-to-day business. You are studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Marketing, International Management, Economics or a comparable degree course at a university or university and are not in your holiday semester. You have a strong interest in organizational processes, data structures, processes as well as company-wide service and support functions and are happy to deal with these topics. With your analytical mindset and your quick understanding, you quickly capture complex facts. You work independently, structured and find pragmatic solutions for new challenges. The current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are safe and efficient. You speak German and master English so well that you can also conduct English-speaking conversations. You can creatively fill your great design space – in the varied tasks of your position you can flexibly change between self-responsible concentration and the binding quality of a team player. With different characters you are well-adjusted and like to work at eye level in the team. You have a valid registration certificate at a German university.
