Coordination of cleaning (m/f/d)

Region Hannover - Administration and workplace for around 3,200 people.

Whether education, youth or transport, tasks and topics affecting the whole region are coordinated.

The Cleansing Management team is responsible for maintenance cleaning in the administration buildings, health offices and in the vocational schools and funding schools located in the Hanover region and for ordering, providing and managing hygiene papers and cleaning materials.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for

Coordination of cleaning (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• the management of the principle of the award of cleansing services, as well as the identification of requirements for the tendering of these
• Creation of standards, quality indicators and complaint management
• Coordination of foreign cleaning, contract implementation and deficiencies
• Coordination with participating interfaces
• Budget and internal performance calculation

Your profile

• Qualification of career group 2, first entry office General services (graduate degree as a Diploma Administration (company) in, a Bachelor General Administration or Bachelor administrative management) or passed second employee examination
• As an alternative to another legal degree on Bachelor level
• Multiannual professional experience on the basis of the required qualification
• Knowledge of procurement and administrative law is advantageous
• Ownership of a valid class B driving licence and willingness to drive a car and the willingness to perform external services before or after cleaning (occasually from approx. 7 o'clock or up to 20 o'clock)
• Increased physical performance requirements; In the course of the activity, however, there are also some non-accessible or poorly accessible rooms (e.g. cellar rooms).
