As a Windows engineer, you will provide customer solutions with the highest possible availability and Performance safe Implementation, monitoring and independent control of the incident, problem and Change management in the sense of a 2nd level service Planning and implementation of complex Windows Server requirements for customer solutions taking into account the predefined time and budget framework Creation of data protection and security concepts Implementation of the 2nd level service according to ITIL with the involvement of other service providers (3rdlevel) Administration with the required operational tools Monitoring and commissioning Ensuring continuous patch management for all components Administration and operation of Windows Server and Services (DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS, ...), Active Directory, VMWare, ESX, Exchange and Evault as well as virus protection TrendMicro, Opswat and Prolion PowerShell Scripting 7*24 hours and takeover of activities outside regular working hours

Master or Diploma with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills At least seven years of professional experience, of which at least five years in IT administration with corresponding complexity Found experience in the administration of: Windows Server, Active Directory and MS Exchange Server as well as VMWare, Citrix WTS and Virus Protection TrendMicro Very good experience in PowerShell Scripting Expert knowledge in the targeted field of work and very good knowledge in adjacent technologies Outstanding leadership competence, leadership personality Safe handling of the MS Office product range Very high cooperation, team and conflictability ITIL Expert certification or comparable Very good German and English skills
