SCM Project & Lean Manager (m/f/d)

The position

Planning, control and implementation of SCM projects over all phases of the project (from conception to completion)

Introduction, development and sustainable anchoring of lean management methods and principles

Analysis and optimization of processes along the value chain

Presentation of workshops (e.g. CVP, Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis)

Ensuring SCM project targets in terms of quality, time, costs and benefits

Identification of potential for improvement and derivation and implementation of appropriate measures

Control of interdisciplinary project teams and cooperation with specialist departments

Monitoring relevant KPIs and regular reporting to management

Support of change management processes and support of the organisation in change projects

Your profile Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, engineering or a comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in project management and/or lean management

Multiannual experience in supply chain management in the automotive sector, preferably in the subcontracting sector

Knowledge of Lean Methods (e.g. 5S, KVP, Kanban, Six Sigma, Value Stream Design)

Very good SAP knowledge (in the modules MM, PP, SD...) and experience with customer interfaces e.g.

Experience in managing and moderating projects and workshops

Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation

Expressed analytical skills and problem-solving competence, especially in the identification and elimination of process deviations

Intercultural competence and readiness to travel (for cross-work coordination).

Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
