Support for day-to-day management, preparation and follow-up of meetings and internal and external communication Interface between teams (cross-departmental) and department management Accompanying the exchange of departments including protocol management and follow-up of tasks Creating meaningful reporting and key figures Examination of project documents, schedules and costs Compilation of relevant information and development of sound decision templates, presentation documents and documentation Coordination of cross-departmental, superordinated projects and significant participation in their successful implementation

Completed commercial or technical training or completed studies Ideally professional experience in the construction or real estate industry Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP Safe appearance and pronounced communication strength Quick conception and independent and structured working
