It is responsible for carrying out basic tasks such as the maintenance of the strategic planning documents of DRV-IT and supports central projects and projects of cross-member IT.

Working in work and specialist committees to develop software products on topics such as knowledge management, collaboration platforms or consultant database Responsible for the continuous development of IT services within the DRV-IT office as a central body, for example for Document Management/Archive Systems, Intranet or the DRV Advisory Site Search Planning and conducting training for these IT services Special care and further development of Notes databases Coordination of temporary groups, bodies or steering committees Support department management in technical and organizational terms, for example by coordinating the requests of the Federal Audit Office or by carrying out the cost control

Successfully completed academic studies (master or similar degree) preferably in the field of IT First job-relevant professional experience as well as knowledge and practical experience in project management Knowledge of programming and experience in the development and administration of Notes databases is desirable German language skills in word and writing A high level of communication skills, a pronounced customer orientation and strategic and analytical thinking complete your profile
