Customer Service & Operation Coordinator (m/f/d)

Operational order processing: performing daily ordering processes via our ERP systems Cross-functional cooperation: close coordination with Elis subsidiaries and selected textile suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams (including customer implementation team, sales) Service & Support: Function as a contact person (m/w/d) for our branches in case of questions about delivery dates, delivery residues and complaints Supplier management: Participation in supplier talks and processing and analysis of data Reporting & Analyses: Creation of supply chain-relevant reports, evaluations and sales forecasts (e.g. material availability, delivery performance, quality performance) Area representation: cross-departmental cooperation and representation of our supply chain area in the implementation of new large customers in our existing circular economy Auditing: Examination and approval of supplier invoices in SAP R/3 for correct prices and quantities

Education / Studies: Bachelor's degree in economics or recognized completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman, forwarding businessman (m/w/d) or comparable Professional experience: several years of practical experience in the field of supply chain, customer service, operations or in operational purchasing ERP competence: safe handling of common ERP systems, ideally SAP R/3 IT skills: very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; first experiences with Power BI of advantage Project Management: Experience in managing and coordinating cross-departmental projects Language knowledge: very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing Working methods: analytical skills, structured and independent working methods and pronounced communication strength Teamability: high level of team orientation and joy in cooperation within our DE-AT team
