You control professionally demanding outpatient, semi-stationary and stationary offers and take responsibility for the quality, development and sustainable orientation of the offers – in the sense of a supply management. The focus of your activity is on professional control and leadership. You accompany executives and educational teams, secure the implementation of statutory requirements and promote high-quality educational work. At the same time, you will actively participate in the cooperation and interconnection of both departments. In close coordination with specialist departments and internal interfaces, you develop sustainable concepts, strengthen an appreciation of leadership culture and make an important contribution to the further development of the CJD. Graduate in the social education, social therapeutic or psychological field (e.g. social pedagogue (w/m/d), pedagogue (w/m/d), educational sciences) Multiannual professional experience in child, youth and family support according to SGB VIII (e.g. as a pedagogical specialist, institution management, team management youth assistance (w/m/d)) Experience in the acquisition of management or leadership tasks Very good knowledge of the legal framework of youth assistance Representative leadership and communication skills High professional reflectivity and sense of responsibility Safe handling of common office applications as well as readiness for supra-regional travel activities The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
