Supporting the Business Development Team in Business Development in Technology and Industry, in particular Technology, Media & Communications, Corporate Tech and Venture Capital Close cooperation with relevant practice groups and interfaces in the M&A and private equity sector Creation and preparation of pitch documents, internal presentations and other marketing and business development materials Working in operational day-to-day business and supporting strategic and organisational issues Identification, structuring and implementation of digitalization and process optimization projects in the BD team Working with pragmatic solutions tailored to the requirements of BD work, in particular in the areas of automation, reporting, data and tool use Conducting research and analysis on markets, companies, competitors and current trends Support for Directory Submissions, especially for JUVE, Chambers and Legal 500

High enthusiasm for technology, M&A and digitalization Basic understanding of economic and legal relationships in the areas of Corporate/M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital Interest in technological topics and ideally first contact points with the tech industry First relevant professional experience in a Professional Service Firm z. in an economic law firm, consultancy or comparable organization, ideally in the field of business development, strategy or business development, are advantageous. Secure use of generic AI (e.g. common LLMs) to increase your own productivity in the daily business development context; first experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is advantageous. Successfully completed studies of economics, law, economic law or a comparable degree programme Excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe appearance, communication strength and a structured, precise operation High motivation, initiative and joy of team-oriented cooperation Ready to travel (national) up to 10% Very good knowledge of PowerPoint as well as good knowledge in Word and Excel
