You work in the surface technology of our modern passenger car production. Depending on the qualification and experience, you will take over activities in surface preparation, such as grinding, splinting, cleaning, covering, sealing and grounding of car boxes with a length of about 30m and an area of about 200m2. This allows you to prepare the coating process in our state-of-the-art automated painting system and ensure high-quality surface quality. In addition, you support painting and finishing work as well as quality control of the processed areas. In all activities, you consistently comply with the applicable quality standards and the high safety requirements of modern industrial production. People and robotics work hand in hand on our state-of-the-art painting systems. Depending on your knowledge, you can perform tasks on automated painting systems and painting robots. With increasing experience, we offer you development opportunities to operate and monitor modern painting robots and coating systems.

You have completed training as painters and painters, vehicle painters, industrial painters, dry-builders or a comparable craft or technical qualification. You have already gained practical experience in surface processing and are familiar with activities such as grinding, splinting, covering, masking and finishing of surfaces. You work carefully, quality-consciously and like to work in the team. Applicants from the craft are expressly welcome to us. Industrial experience is not a prerequisite. Craft skills, careful working, team skills and a strong understanding of quality and work safety are crucial. You have basic knowledge of German and are ready to work in 3-shift operation.
