Helpersin / cross-learnersin / Care assistant*in / Social passport. Assistant (m/w/d) Start: 01.04.2026 (or later) Duration: up to 31.12.2026 (Grund: Representation) Working hours: 38.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday Remuneration: P-3 (by house rate)

• Supporting our clients in basic care, toilet support and meals – of course under the guidance of experienced professionals Promoting the daily structure and individual activation, always accompanied by the specialist team Participation in training, instruction and team sessions – You are never on your own* That's what you bring:
• Experience in dealing with people with high support needs or desire to learn new things Empathy, team skills and a deescaling basic attitude Basic knowledge of EDV (MS-Office) Practical experience in nursing or working with cognitively impaired people of advantage Class B driving licence We offer you:
