Your tasks: • Personal and telephone support of our customers on site in the LOXAM rental station at Bauhaus • settlement of leases from the offer phase to the invoice • Consultation and instruction of customers on work equipment and construction machines, output and withdrawal of material • Implementation of marketing and sales activities in an interesting growth market • Close cooperation with the other LOXAM sites • Our service hours are Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., we work in a layer system (breakfast, late, in a 40-hour week)

Your profile: • Successful completion of a commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau for forwarding and logistics services, industrial businessman/wife, merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management, automobile businessman/wife, merchant/wife in retail, etc.) • Professional experience in the construction industry or the craft is advantageous • Ideal experience in the distribution of (rental) services or of tools / construction equipment (e.g. car hire, construction equipment rental, other rental/rental) • German knowledge at least on B2 level is required • Dealing with Office programs and preferably with CRM software Salesforce • Fun on direct and telephone customer contacts • Organizational talent and joy in working together in a team
