Then, as a process manager (m/w/x) in full-time (hybrid) in the area of Digital Processes & Solutions, you can support us in the development of diverse software solutions for the operating and measuring instruments of our production.

Your role and responsibilities: Process optimization: Perform the professionalization and optimization of the process landscape within the Digital Solutions team in which you define, develop, roll out and/or optimize processes based on data-driven findings

Incident and Service Management: Develop and implement a robust incident management process to minimize downtime and increase service reliability

Cross-functional interface: act as a primary interface between the Digital Solutions team and the central IT as well as the operating departments to ensure effective communication and cooperation

metrics and KPIs: Establish process metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to increase efficiency and compliance

Training and support: Design training programs to accompany the team members in the daily implementation of the defined process

Reporting: Create governance reports for top management that give insights into process performance

Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related area.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in establishing software and IT processes in a large organization

Proven experience: Experience in IT service management roles, focusing on incident management

Funded knowledge: Strong knowledge of ITIL processes ideally an ITIL 4 Foundation and the ability to implement them effectively within the organization

Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication in German and English

Agile methods: familiarity with agile practices, in particular with the Scrum framework

Problem solution: Ability to analyze complex problems and drive process improvements

Discipline and Resilience: High self-discipline and ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to changing circumstances

Project management certification: Of advantage

Data Analysis: Experience with Data Analysis Tools such as PowerBI are beneficial
