Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project development, contractor representation or technical project management Knowledge of building planning, licensing and real estate law Embossed technical understanding of construction processes and economic relationships Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
