Maintenance professional: You take over the supervision, maintenance and maintenance of our complex building equipment. Problem solvers: As a central contact person in building management, you solve technical challenges before they become problems. Facility expert: You know every connection, distributor and supplier in and out of our branch. Training: completed technical training (e.g. plant mechanic SHK, electrician, heating/ventilator, industrial mechanic or mechatronic). Experience: Found experience in building maintenance or building engineering. Mindset: You work proactively, service-oriented and have a high standard of functionality and order.
