Support and processing of customer requests for our key account in the field of aviation Identification and addressing of suitable candidates: within databases and social networks Implementation of job interviews and job interviews including candidate support during the entire recruiting process Coordination of interviews and active coordination with customers and candidate:inside Management of applicant management including maintenance of applicant databases, job advertisements and ongoing process tracking

You have a completed training as a personal service businessman/wife or bring another commercial training with you and are interested in personal work Ideally, you have been able to gain first experience in recruiting, in human resources or in staff services You are happy to communicate with different people and at the same time convince by your organizational talent With your safe appearance and your structured way of working, you can meet any requirement You have very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2) Your profile is rounded off by your humorous, open and easy way to enrich our team
