Leadership of our food team within factory planning, including further development of skills and methods Full management of factory and production planning projects in the food sector (large kitchens, inflight-catring, convenience, industrial food production) – from strategy to concept to implementation Leadership, coordination and further development of interdisciplinary project teams as part of our general planning // plus approach Technical guidance and support for colleagues and the promotion of knowledge sharing Development of innovative, efficient and hygiene-friendly factory and production concepts Ensure an economic, time- and quality-oriented project execution while respecting relevant standards and standards of the food industry Integration of the latest technologies & scientific knowledge into our planning approaches Active design of strategy, processes and tools within factory planning Participation in the acquisition of new customers and the acquisition of follow-up projects Projects at home and abroad

Complete technical or procedural studies, ideally focusing on food technology, food technology, ecotrophology, hygiene or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the food environment, ideally already with detectable leadership experience Very high project management expertise and experience in managing complex technical projects Embossed capacity for concept development as well as a structured, quality-conscious and solution-oriented approach Strong communicative skills for sovereign and empirical collaboration with decision-makers on the customer side Teamplayer mentality, leadership and passion for interdisciplinary work Very good knowledge of German and English High readiness
