• Processing of customer and supplier complaints and internal complaints
• Development, implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive measures in quality deviations or Claims
• Creation of any quality-relevant documentation such as test planning, test instructions, measurement reports, skill analyses
• Own-responsible implementation of internal and external initial sample tests including technical tests and related documentation
• Implementation and documentation of analogue digital measurement to ensure product quality
• Ensuring quality standards in construction and production
• Continuous monitoring of product quality
• Support for quality-related topics and issues
• Participation in the creation and optimization of test processes and specifications
• Working with the organisation, implementation and documentation of internal and external audits
• Cooperation in the production of evaluations and reporting
• cooperation in internal training and production of the corresponding documentation
• Cooperation on different projects in the field of quality management
• Participation and further development of the existing quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001

  YOUR PROFIL:

• Successfully completed technical training
• Multiannual professional experience in quality management
• Analytical working methods and know-how in handling quality assurance methods
• Hands-on mentality with pragmatic, solution-oriented thinking
• Sovereign appearance, communication skills
• Reliability and customer orientation
• very good knowledge in handling MS Office applications
