Optima Pharma develops and implements filling, closing and process technology for pharmaceuticals. With the automated, complex systems of Optima Pharma, blood plasma products, vaccines, oncology and biotech products are processed in finished syringes, vials, infusion bottles and carpules. As Business Process Manager (m/w/d), you analyze, evaluate and manage the business processes along the value chain in the company. They implement tool tools and identify process gaps to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our quality management system. In the introduction, optimization and professional application of business processes, you can support the individual specialist area. They coordinate, accompany and document audits within the company and with our international customers. You will then carry out the necessary optimization measures in cooperation with the specialist department. You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economic engineering, process, quality or pharmaceutical management.You can already bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position as a business process or quality manager (m/w/d).The standards of ISO 9001:2015 apply safely. Ideally, you are certified by the TÜV if we don't want to invest in your further education.The further development of process structures can be achieved through your analytical work and your IT affinity. You will be happy to use your very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
