Our client is a subsidiary of a North Hessian Commune. The company supplies the commune with energy, heat and water and takes care of the treatment of the waste water. We are looking for an area manager (m/w/d) exclusively on behalf of our client. In this position, you are responsible for the planning, construction and operation of the plants, project management, digitization and employee management and development of the division with currently 8 employees. It expects a varied position with plenty of space for design in a fresh leadership team.

As Head of Power (m/w/d), you are responsible for the planning, construction and operation of electrotechnical plants in the municipal power grid and for the propulsion of renewable energies You are responsible for the topics of measuring point operation and digitalization Ensure regular network operation according to TSM Implementation and development of safety-relevant processes based on S 1000 Participation in approval processes / authorities communication Technical / economic project management Self-responsible monitoring of administrative requirements Participation in transnational projects

Complete studies in electrical engineering or supply engineering Professional experience in a relevant field, e.g. in municipal works or engineering offices Experience in project management Insufficient knowledge of technical regulations and framework conditions Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, responsibility and environmental awareness Ability to work independently and independently Leadership and negotiation skills Social competence, team capacity, flexibility and resilience Safe handling of the EDV Driving licence B
