Management of the work controller and continuous development of skills, working methods and control logics Promoting initiatives to manage production and create sustainable transparency on cost structures and economic contexts Active participation in the factory management team with co-responsibility for the prioritization of strategic topics, the achievement of the corporate goals and the economic future securing of the plant Business partners of the factory and operating management in operational and investive decisions and in the derivation of effective control measures Design and further development of factory-related controlling processes and key figures systems as well as analysis of cost, performance and productivity indicators for deriving sound recommendations for action Economic assessment of investments, optimization measures and production decisions as well as management of factory-related forecasting and budget processes

(Fach-)Hochschul-Studium in BWL, Industrial Engineering or Similar Degrees At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling a production or industrial environment, ideally with direct reference to work, production or operations in the process industry Management experience (e.g. as team or group management) SAP knowledge (CO/FI/PM/PS) Knowledge of Business Intelligence System comparable SAP BW, BoardBI or PowerBI Analytical and holistic thinking, pragmatic structured working and address-oriented communication Balanced balance of enforcement and diplomatic skills
