Technical Facility Management Expert (m/f/d)

The planning, monitoring and control of construction projects is your responsibility – from the concept to the successful transfer to the control operation. In close coordination with landlords:inside, architect:inside, construction techniques:inside and craft businesses, you conduct construction meetings and coordinate all relevant project participants. Potential objects evaluate on site and evaluate their technical suitability for the requirements of BARMER. As a central contact person for technical questions, you are competent to assist both internal colleagues and external partners. With AutoCAD you create professional electric, lighting and LAN plans that serve as the basis for further project implementation. Together with our specialist lawyer:inside you prepare tenders, create tender texts, accompany the entire process and evaluate the tenders received.

You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering – ideally complemented by a study in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering. At least five years of professional experience in electrical engineering and/or construction will bring you with you and know the requirements of complex construction projects from practice. Finding knowledge in AutoCAD is sure to create technical plans precisely – experience with SAP and CAFM systems is an advantage. You communicate with you in a sovereign and address-oriented manner – always align your actions with the requirements of your internal colleagues: inside. Your ability to take responsibility, make informed decisions, and advance projects in a structured manner, will award you. Federally readiness to travel and a valid passenger car license allow you to flexibly perceive dates at different locations. Very good knowledge of German on at least C1 level are of course for you and enable professional communication.
